About Caleb
Caleb Duah is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur who helps individuals and organizations navigate transition with clarity, confidence, and purpose. As the founder of Duah Communications, he equips students, organizations, athletes, and emerging leaders with practical frameworks that turn uncertainty into opportunity. His work centers on leadership agility and transition management, helping people adapt, reinvent, and lead effectively in seasons of change.
Growing up in the Bronx, New York, Caleb's first dream was to become a professional athlete. When that door closed, a near-death experience became the turning point that shaped everything. Out of that season came a deep conviction: that transition is not the enemy of growth. It is the mechanism of it.
That conviction has driven over 300 speaking engagements, thousands of leaders impacted, and a body of work built on one simple idea: how you handle change defines you.
With a background spanning public health, nonprofit executive leadership, business, and entrepreneurship, Caleb brings both strategic insight and lived experience to every stage he steps on. He has built partnerships with nationally recognized organizations, led initiatives impacting thousands of students and young professionals, and developed proprietary frameworks including the P.I.V.O.T.™ Model to help leaders stay resilient and effective under pressure.

Beyond the Stage
Beyond speaking, Caleb is passionate about developing the next generation of impact-driven leaders. He serves as a life coach and chaplain for semi-pro athletic organizations, runs Duah Communications as a full leadership development firm, and is the founder of Forge FC, a soccer club rooted in community development. He is also the author of the forthcoming book The Rotten Fruit, which challenges leaders to examine what is holding them back at the root level.
When he is not on stage or building, you will find him in the gym, watching films, or spending time with his siblings. Originally from the Bronx and currently based in Pennsylvania, Caleb carries that New York edge into everything he does: direct, driven, and always focused on what matters.
Whether he is delivering a keynote, coaching an athlete, or advising an organization, his mission stays the same: help people grow beyond titles, embrace change, and lead lives that create meaningful impact.
